Developers, Acrehowe, used their planning expertise and permitted development principles to acquire planning approval for replacement of redundant agricultural buidlings and appointed Aire Valley Architects to develop proposals for this unique development. The setting and design appraoch, informed by the character of rural buildings and the arrangement of farmyard buildings, combined with some modern architectural design features presents a fascinating scheme.
